I'm back!

How many times have I actually blogged continuoulsy for a week? This time it is for real. I got alot to say and we have been pretty busy. So Carter has successfully finished kindergarden and moving on to first grade, I couldn't be any prouder. We only thought that baseball season was over, until we got the phone call that he made All-Stars. Again, I am proud of him, but it wasn't my way of spending the summer..traveling the great state of Alabama. But at least the world series that we have to go to is in Chattanooga, a destination that Cooper has yet to visit. But Carter is happy and excited and that is what counts...right?

I decided to put my college degree to rest and took a part time job so that I could spend more time with the boys. The best decision ever! I basically work from 8-2, which is when Carter gets out of school. During the summer I have a little more free time since he is in summer camp. Cooper as always, is just along for the ride.

I can scratch one thing from my bucket list, I completed two half marathons this past year. It was very exciting and would love to do a full marathon...we will see!

Today the plan is to leave work right at 2, and conquer this Alabama heat with a 3mile run. Going to have to do my best, gotta get both boys, eat and ready for a practiced ball game at 5:30. That fact that we leave for our beach vacation on Friday is my motivation.
